When I was an Army brat, the military created schools for us wherever they could. The accommodations could be pretty spartan at times.

I spent half of the fifth grade and my whole sixth grade year attending classes at a repurposed training facility with WWII era Quonset huts for classrooms.

The kids will be just fine without sparkly new buildings.

Can anyone find the article where it was reported the Military held one H of a party costing TONS of money? It was the only one covered, out of all the others like ED, FDA, DEA, CDC, and the other alphabets. If they have that much at the end of the year they can certainly afford a 10% CUT TO ALL CONGRESSIONAL BUDGETS.
