Gentry class family for the sake of prestige pushes their daughter who already is earning more money from hawking products on social media than any potential earnings from a college degree to go to college. Of course going to some big state university that fits her lack of academic credentials it not good so they bribe their way into USC; a school one notch below Stanford and the Ivies. For the sin of vanity, the mom is going to the slammer and lost her acting gigs, the daughter is most likely going to be expelled and perhaps her social media cred is down the tubes.

This girl was doing fine. She did not need college. And she would have been fine in numerous colleges that would have taken her. The mother killed her daughters career as well as her own, and maybe her husbands career. Oh, and don’t forget there is a sister as well.
