An appellate court in New York has rejected President Donald Trump’s assertion that a sitting president cannot be sued in state court -- a ruling stemming from a defamation lawsuit filed by a former "The Apprentice" contestant who accused the president of groping and kissing her in 2007.
Summer Zervos' lawsuit is now allowed to proceed with the prospect of the president having to sit for a deposition.

Well, President Clinton sat for a deposition in the Paula Jones lawsuit, that is what led to him lying under oath, and getting impeached for it.
Zervos’ claims that he groped her in a Beverly Hills hotel and kissed her on the lips while she was on the show in 2007.
Zervos sued for libel in 2016, claiming Trump “immediately lied” after her accusations went public, saying he’d never met her at a hotel or “greeted her inappropriately,” her lawsuit reads.
Does she have proof? Pictures from 2007?
Can anyone confirm the stories about Trump being a germophobe who avoids metal door handles and doorknobs and so on?
That might deflate some of these stories. Especially the Stormy Daniels one. Otherwise the late Hugh Hefner should have run for president instead of DJT.

I remember seeing him being interviewed some years ago. I believe it was when he was running or thinking about running for President. He talked about it then. He didn’t like to shake hands or touch people.
New York is seriously out to get him.

It will now be appealed to a federal court and eventually to the Supreme Court.
The charge is that he “tried” to kiss her. Or kissed her cheek. Or something.
It’s pure harassment, and the fed had better recognize the harassment that can come to all its personnel at whatever level if this door is opened.
Because this is a civil(and I’m doubtful of that)the president just need not reply. That would be the end of this nuance. Just let the court rule as it may. That was Bubba’s mistake with Paula.
