it was 11-6, and the first word in the headline is “divided.”
If it’s appealed, it goes to Scotus to decide what? Abortion or limitations on abortion?
To decide whether a state can spend its own money any way it pleases..............
That makes sense, but judges are a mystery. They are politicians, in my mind.
