“It’s not rape in Islam”: ISIS Muslima says jihadis’ rape of non-Muslim women is “allowed in the Quran”
The Daily Mail, the worst paper in the Western world, undertakes here to defend Islam and the Qur’an from charges that they condone the sexual enslavement of Infidel women, citing Qur’an 24:33, “Force not your slave-girls to whoredom.” However, this refers to forcing slave girls to become prostitutes. The Qur’an is quite clear that slave girls, “the captives of the right hand,” can be used sexually: “Prohibited to you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father’s sisters, your mother’s sisters, your brother’s daughters, your sister’s daughters, your mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives’ mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship of your wives unto whom you have gone in….And married women except those your right hands possess.” (4:23-24)
The seizure of Infidel girls and their use as sex slaves is sanctioned in the Qur’an. According to Islamic law, Muslim men can take “captives of the right hand” (Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 33:50). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have paid their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses of those whom Allah hath given you as spoils of war” (33:50). 4:3 and 4:24 extend this privilege to Muslim men in general. The Qur’an says that a man may have sex with his wives and with these slave girls: “The believers must win through, those who humble themselves in their prayers; who avoid vain talk; who are active in deeds of charity; who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond or those whom their right hands possess, for (in their case) they are free from blame.” (Qur’an 23:1-6)
The rape of captive women is also sanctioned in Islamic tradition:
Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa’id al Khadri (Allah he pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa’id, did you hear Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-’azl? He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi’l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing ‘azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah’s Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born. (Sahih Muslim 3371)
It is also in Islamic law: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” (Umdat al-Salik O9.13)
The Egyptian Sheikh Abu-Ishaq al-Huwayni declared in May 2011 that “we are in the era of jihad,” and that meant Muslims would take slaves. In a subsequent interview he elaborated:
Jihad is only between Muslims and infidels. Spoils, slaves, and prisoners are only to be taken in war between Muslims and infidels. Muslims in the past conquered, invaded, and took over countries. This is agreed to by all scholars—there is no disagreement on this from any of them, from the smallest to the largest, on the issue of taking spoils and prisoners. The prisoners and spoils are distributed among the fighters, which includes men, women, children, wealth, and so on.
When a slave market is erected, which is a market in which are sold slaves and sex-slaves, which are called in the Qur’an by the name milk al-yamin, “that which your right hands possess” [Koran 4:24]. This is a verse from the Qur’an which is still in force, and has not been abrogated. The milk al-yamin are the sex-slaves. You go to the market, look at the sex-slave, and buy her. She becomes like your wife, (but) she doesn’t need a (marriage) contract or a divorce like a free woman, nor does she need a wali. All scholars agree on this point—there is no disagreement from any of them. […] When I want a sex slave, I just go to the market and choose the woman I like and purchase her.
Around the same time, on May 25, 2011, a female Kuwaiti politician, Salwa al-Mutairi, also spoke out in favor of the Islamic practice of sexual slavery of non-Muslim women, emphasizing that the practice accorded with Islamic law and the parameters of Islamic morality.
A merchant told me that he would like to have a sex slave. He said he would not be negligent with her, and that Islam permitted this sort of thing. He was speaking the truth. I brought up [this man’s] situation to the muftis in Mecca. I told them that I had a question, since they were men who specialized in what was halal, and what was good, and who loved women. I said, “What is the law of sex slaves?”
The mufti said, “With the law of sex slaves, there must be a Muslim nation at war with a Christian nation, or a nation which is not of the religion, not of the religion of Islam. And there must be prisoners of war.”
“Is this forbidden by Islam?” I asked.
“Absolutely not. Sex slaves are not forbidden by Islam. On the contrary, sex slaves are under a different law than the free woman. The free woman must be completely covered except for her face and hands. But the sex slave can be naked from the waist up. She differs a lot from the free woman. While the free woman requires a marriage contract, the sex slave does not—she only needs to be purchased by her husband, and that’s it. Therefore the sex slave is different than the free woman.”
An imam in Quebec recently declared that the ruling allowing for slave girls was still in force.
But never fear: the Daily Mail is here to tell you that the Qur’an and Muhammad and these Islamic scholars are all wrong, and that Islam actually forbids the sexual enslavement of Infidel women.

An ISIS ‘wife’ has said Yazidi women can be raped as sex slaves because it states prisoners of war are ‘property’ in the Quran – before admitting she had not read the text.
The unidentified female was speaking to another woman who asked her about the treatment of Yazidis under the so-called caliphate.
Speaking to a mobile phone camera, she described her interpretation of the Quran as a justification for the rape and murder of Yazidi women taken prisoner as sex slaves, saying because the Muslim holy book defines prisoners of war as ‘property’ they can be treated as objects.
But when pressed on if it does actually states in the Quran that prisoners can be treated this way, the woman replied she ‘did not know much’ about the Islamic text.
In fact, sura 24, verse 33 of the Islamic holy book explicitly states: ‘Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity.’
Another verse extols followers to treat prisoners respectfully and to ‘feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive.’
Some fundamentalist Islamic scholars have argued passages of the Quran justify the keeping and holding of female slaves.
Wearing a black niqab with glasses, she added that ‘it’s not rape in Islam..because they are your property’.
The woman is thought to have originally come from outside Iraq and Syria, and made the comments in a refugee camp in the Kurdish-controlled north of the country.
She said: ‘They were prisoners of war, and they become slaves, it is in [the] Quran.
‘They are property so in Islam you are allowed to use them, it’s not rape in Islam. Because they are your property they are your slaves.’
She then went on to say: ‘If it’s in the Quran then who am I to question [it]?’
When asked if does state this in the Quran, the woman replied while laughing: ‘I don’t know much about the Quran.

there’s nothing in the passages the article uses that says it’s ok to rape. The muslim has invented a way to take a woman as slave - if he is at war with her tribe, and he can have sex with her, but if she is ‘like a wife’ then that sex has to be consenting according to their own sura 24, verse 33 quoted:’‘Force not your slave-girls.. if they would preserve their chastity.Â’
So it would seem, nice try, muslims, but no cigar for you.
The fact is that the half of Muslims are illiterate and 95% haven’t read Quran.

Under the Quaran and Hadiths (Islamic Law), the brother of Ilhan Abdullahi Omar (D-Mall of America) actually has not broken Islamic Law and faces no penalties. However, she could be accused of dishonoring her family and adultory. She could face severe penalties. That will not happen as long as she continues to sumbit (incidentally the literal translation of the word Islam). But if she ever resists, she will be in trouble just like rape victims in Islamic countries are often severely punished for “adultery.”
Side note: wonder where the Western femenists are? Nowhere to be found. The Western femninists are too busy fighting us evil constitutionalists esp. Christians. I am too tired to correct the errors in what you said except the Quaran and Hadiths absolutely do sanction rape especially of infidels. What the heck do you think a “sex slave” or “woman as a slave” is?! Read the vile things if you have the stomach for it. Apparently you haven’t.

Yet this Muslim lady who is so kind to explain why Muslims rape non Muslims should realize something. In most Western cultures the men do not look kindly on other men raping women and the women themselves object. There are at times extralegal extreme responses. It may help her understand why most of the men of ISIS are now dead or in prison without any legal proceedings.
In case you actually want to learn, note the Quaran is written in reverse chronological order and understand the Islamic concept of abrogation.
