It’s become apparent to me that PDJT is not in control of anything the corrupt state doesn’t allow him to be in control of. The reason the swamp isn’t drained and the border is wide open.

That and the rest of your post is spot on - at least as it applies to traditional impeachment. However, there is a chance the Socialist Dems do not intend to conduct a successful impeachment (they have little to lose, they know they probably won't beat him straight up).
Rather, they may only intend to consider a series of "bombshell" allegations designed to provide 24/7 negative press in the months leading up to the primaries. Such would certainly include grave concerns expressed by Senate Dems about necessity of a trial prior to the presidential election. The objective, of course, will be to produce just enough doubt in the minds of R voters to defeat him at the primary level.

Regardless of what Mueller reports this isn't the end of it.
The report will be filled with rumors and innuendos and Mueller will essentially say, 'while we couldn't find any evidence of collusion but there are still unanswered questions'.
This will give the Democratic Media Complex the talking points they need to keep the rumors alive.
I won't be surprised to read articles that included something like, 'Trump, who was investigated on claims of collusion with Russia to steal the election' in any number of news articles.

Exactly. Mueller’s report will be leaked so the fakestream media can go to defcon 1 right up until the ‘elections’. That, coupled with all out vote fraud and millions of illegals voting in 2020 will probably do the trick.
Is it worth splitting the country into Civil War? Millions of Americans Dead (and that would include many in the Democrat Leadership) Giving the Asian East to China and Europe to Russia? In addition to the cost, ... the citizens of this country are entitled to know with detailed specificity on what basis (who - individuals) provided the evidence on Russian collusion and why there will/will not be prosecution for false reporting of a crime.

If all of that is true, I say declassify all of it, arrest those responsible for Treason (connection to foreign governments makes it Treason) and Sedition. Prosecute. Incarcerate. And capital punishment, if warranted.
Enough of this screwing around. If all should have been declassified prior to the fall elections (as threatened by the President).

I think POTUS has said the so-far-un-declasified docs have more power in being withheld than in being released.
And I doubt he wants the coup attempt swept under a rug. His writings state he enjoys his revenge cold.
We also lost several seats because of the Tax Bill.
