I have a new hobby. It's collecting the excuses Democrats make for Ilhan Omar, the Minnesota Democratic congresswoman who has an unhealthy fixation on Jewish influence, Jewish money, and Jewish loyalty. Omar has said that Israel "hypnotized the world," attributing Jews with the power of mind control in the service of manipulating public opinion. She's said the only reason Congress supports Israel is Jewish campaign donations. Most recently, using the classic anti-Semitic trope of dual loyalty, she criticized supporters of Israel for having "allegiance to a foreign power." A real treasure, Omar is. A typical freshman congresswoman sees her mission as—forgive the expression—bringing home the bacon for her district. Not Ilhan. Her project is to mainstream anti-Semitic rhetoric within the Democratic Party. Once upon a time, you'd have to visit the invaluable website of the Middle East Media Research Institute to hear such tripe. Now you just need to flip on C-SPAN.

And Democrats are powerless to stop it. They're tripping over themselves, making rationalizations, dodging reality, and trying to clean up this anti-Semitic mess. Omar is new to this, they say. She never intended to come across as anti-Semitic. She can't help it. "She comes from a different culture." She didn't know what she was saying—she's a moron! She's just trying to "start a conversation" about the policies of Israel's government. And why are you singling her out, anyway. "She is living through a lot of pain." She's black, she's a woman, and she's Muslim. You can't condemn her without also condemning white men of privilege. What are you, racist? Islamophobic? Shame on you for picking on this poor lady, who just happens to say that American Jews serve a foreign power by buying off politicians and using the Force to blinker people's minds.

ISLAM IS NOT JUST ANOTHER RELIGION IT IS A FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT SHOULD BE REFERED TO AS MOSLEMISM

It is interesting the way socialists approach theological concepts for when it comes to Islam they are not the only ones who refuse to approach the issue. That even includes leading Christian clergy including Pope Francis.

Followers of Mohammed not only claim, but truly believe that God has authorized them to kill those who refuse to submit to their version of Gods will.

That is a basic tenet of that religion. A claim which goes unchallanged which makes it a theocratic creed advocating a form of government that is to replace the existing one.

While it is understandable for atheists which most socialists are, not to approach that claim on a theological basis. But believing by bombing and killing those who believe in it will end its practice,which will not. Islam as construed with its portrayal of a mercyless evil deity approving using deception and deceit is an abomination which must be discredited and condemed.

And that can only be done by attacking its assertions and tenets. Certainly not by ignoring and deying they do not exist. .

It is bewildering why many Christian clergy concerned about quote, political correctness, unquote, refuse to address what an insult to God islam is and worse yet are unable to condem then convince and convert its advocates and adhearants they are followers of an evil creed .

The Koran which was not given to Mohammed by God but by some angel .Demanding enforcement of sharia law which draws heavily from the Torah.It is a pseudo religious concoction using monotheistic selected texts, taken and misconstrued from the old (bible) and new testaments.

Both of which cite the Almighty has granted free will to accept or obey his laws and God is the final judge not man: Sodom and Gormora ,and Let he who is without sin cast the stone, are outstanding examples from both books. One deals with sin and Gods decision toward a group the other to an individual, neither is left to man.

Yet followers of Mohammed under the severest of penalties are forbidden to read either which would refute that assertion in a creed which institutionalizes disgusting arab tribal views,mores, observances,and customs. Claiming adhearants are authorized by our Creator to demand submission to it or suffer an ignominious death administered by followers of Islam simply because they answer the call to prayer 5 times a day.

Though Omar is attacking Israel and the Jews, she is also, whether consciously or unconsciously, attacking the God of the Jews (and of the Christians).

Her comment that Israel has "hypnotized the world" is particularly interesting.

One wonders if she is speaking of the enormous worldwide influence of Judeo/Christianity instead of just how the U.S. is inclined to support Israel.

Though the word "hypnotized" is incorrectly used in that the Judeo/Christian God seeks influence in ways that are diametrically opposed to "hypnosis" (in which a person "loses" the power of voluntary action).

If she digs into this thing she defines as "hypnosis" she will find that our God instead seeks not to control but gain our obedience through our most clear-headed freedom of choice.

She is confusing the slave-like state of mind produced by Islam with the "liberation" of mind produced by Judeo/Christianity.

One has to wonder if she has bumped up against the very thing that separates her Islam from Judeo/Christianity and that is that Allah seeks to create slaves but God seeks the liberation of man from the imprisonment of sin.
