WASHINGTON (AP) President Donald Trump's 2020 budget proposal will include $100 million for a global women's fund spearheaded by his daughter Ivanka Trump.
In a statement to The Associated Press, Ivanka Trump noted that Friday was International Women's Day and stressed the initiative was "working towards our goal of economically empowering 50 million women in developing countries by 2025." She says the budget includes "a new $100 million commitment" for the fund.

Of course the commie media makes it out to be like Trump is giving 100 mil to his daughter, uh NO, its for a program she is developing..cant rely on the commie press to report anything about Trump without putting their own spin on it. Imagine if Obama wanted to have 100 mil for a project Michelle Obama was working on, the commie media would say, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww she’s getting involved that is so cool
Didn’t she recently score $50 million from the IMF or World Bank?
I’m sure the AP is looking in to Mayor de Blasio’s wife’s missing $845 million she was responsible for...
Don’t tell me you condone this.
Normally helping women in developing countries would be praised. But since Ivanka is involved, it is suddenly a bad thing.
I have no idea what her plan involves, didnt read it so have no idea to be for or against it
Theyre just upset hes involved with something related to a group they claim to own.
How much did Michelle’s “Crap for Lunch” initiative cost.
Pffffftttttr! De blah bla bla zero’s significant other blew through 8 X that without batting an eye. Or getting receipts.
About the cost of one aircraft.
Unconstitutional, just like nearly everything the fed gov does these days.
If Jesus isn’t in it. . .all is for naught. Just sayin’.
Well, how about this for starters:
-—President Donald Trump’s 2020 budget proposal will include $100 million for a global...-—
We are 22 million dollars in debt and rising, we’re about to get run over by an illegal invasion, many veterans are living on the street and/pr committing suicide, our infrastructure supposedly is crumbling, pension funds are broke, ...shall I continue?
Yet $100 million of taxpayer monies to be used for a global initiative?
How does that sit with you?
Then we should buy one aircraft with it. Or build "x" miles of The Wall. Or something else useful and constitutionally authorized.
Another $100 million added to our whopping national debt. Even though its a relatively small amount in comparison to $22 TRILLION we shouldn’t be spending money we don’t have to promote more pet causes dreamed up by the political elites. Especially when those elites are the offspring of presidents who harbor political ambitions of their own.
Irrelevant - try again.
