An ex-adviser to President Trump has signaled he and as many as four others will not cooperate with the House Judiciary Committee's sweeping demand for documents.
Michael Caputo, a former aide with the campaign who will be interviewed on Fox News The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino on Wednesday afternoon, has already told the committee he does not have any relevant records and that he does not plan to testify in front of the panel, according to the Washington Post.
Caputo has also started off talks with four other people linked to the president who received a request from the committee to form a joint strategy of resisting requests, the Post reports.

Excellent news! Soon, we’ll have to say NO! to judges too.
good job
Why should he have to testify when so many dems have refused to do so?
Which does one respect more, a congresscritter or a bag of your dog’s fresh poop?
Jerrold Nadler needs to be told no. The partisan Democrat fishing expedition isnt in the countrys best interests.
Fk POS rat Nadler and his kangaroo inquisition.
What is the law in this area? What legal authority does Congress have, to subpoena and do fishing expeditions?
I know they can demand this and that, grandstand about seeing tax returns and all that, but I don’t know the law.
In any case, wouldn’t they need some semblance of probable cause of criminal activity, to go down this road in the first place?
Or because the Democrats are in charge, can they basically do whatever they want, and expect no pushback?
“Excellent news! Soon, well have to say NO! to judges too.”
That is long overdue, along with removing them for cause. I believe that under the Constitution, Congress has the power to eliminate any and all judges with the lone exception of the SCOTUS. When the Republicans regain the House, they need to start a judiciary housecleaning. Plus, right now McConnell needs to really step up the confirmation process with Trump’s languishing appointments. He has more than fifty named out of more than 150 vacancies. This needs to get done THIS year.
Just say “HELL NO” to this continued DemoRAT Bullsh!t.
I honestly think many of these people deserve political asylum from a country that is becoming unrecognizable from a secret police state targeting political dissent
It’s ridiculous that these people are being called. By what right. Maybe someone will hand me a subpeona when I walk out the door....or swat will “attack” me...cuz I’m a member of Trump’s following.
Just say they don’t recall. Or can’t remember accurately enough to make a statement under oath.
They should pull a LOIS LERNER!
Appear, make a statement, and invoke the 5th.
” This entire effort to destroy Donald Trump is a hate-filled witch hunt orchestrated by partisan, sore loser Democrats who STILL have not accepted the result of the 2016 election.
I will not take part in this farce. My suggestion is the Democrats get over their hatred and rage and try to find time to make a difference in the lives of all Americans. With that I invoke my constitutional right to invoke the my 5th Amendment privilege.”
QUESTION: What is the difference between stepping on a flaming bag of dog poop and stepping on a leftist?
ANSWER:Dog poop doesn't smell as bad, linger as long, cause as much 3rd Degree burn injury, and is easier to clean off of your shoe.
He’s had enough.
Good for you Michael Caputo!!
I would like to see judges impeached and removed for job performance.
I’ve heard that the 9th circuit is overruled by higher courts or Supreme Court a majority of the time.
In such cases, to be overturned so much, clearly such judges are misapplying the law. They should be removed if they misapply the law so often.
could always use the clinton “I do not recall” defense
The will accuse PDJT of “shredding the Constitution” because he won’t cooperate. The MSM will hype that accusation to the sky.
Exactly, the dems never comply with anything. They should just say they need more time, stall etc.
