“Excellent news! Soon, we’ll have to say NO! to judges too.”

That is long overdue, along with removing them for cause. I believe that under the Constitution, Congress has the power to eliminate any and all judges with the lone exception of the SCOTUS. When the Republicans regain the House, they need to start a judiciary housecleaning. Plus, right now McConnell needs to really step up the confirmation process with Trump’s languishing appointments. He has more than fifty named out of more than 150 vacancies. This needs to get done THIS year.

I would like to see judges impeached and removed for job performance.

I’ve heard that the 9th circuit is overruled by higher courts or Supreme Court a majority of the time.

In such cases, to be overturned so much, clearly such judges are misapplying the law. They should be removed if they misapply the law so often.

Correct. Impeachment is one way. But this would probably best be done through reorganization of the federal courts, and in doing so, eliminating positions. Congress established them and can reorg or abolish them as it see fit. Once the scum are laid off you can establish new open positions and nominate new judges that are not hacks.
