Actually, what I’d do is go into Alabama, buy a pallet of straws, and just hangout in Florida parking lots late at night....offering to sell you 100-pack of straws for $5 (no state tax, just raw straws). My code name would be ‘Straw-Jack’ and I’d be the number one dealer in Fort Lauderdale.

Certain types of plastic were causing fires in the incinerators. But surely burning is the best and fastest way to get rid of this crap.
