Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, accused Democrats of going "bat-crap crazy" during a speech to a gathering of conservative activists on Friday in which he assailed the other party for its views on abortion, border security, and the environment.
“I think there is a technical description for what’s going on, which is that Democrats have gone batcrap crazy,” Cruz told National Review editor Rich Lowry at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Oxon Hill, Md.
“They are getting more and more and more extreme on every issue,” Cruz said.

True. Just look at the faux pearl clutching Dickie Dirtbin did when Trump was said to have referred to some third world countries as "sh*tholes" or the media jumping on Trump's use of the word "bullsh*t" at CPAC yesterday. But they don't have an issue with Muslims in Congress badmouthing Israel supporters or calling the President a "motherf*ker". Such hypocrites deserve NO credit or credence.

Speaking of Ted and the wall....I just can't get the image of Ted Cruz and Glenn Beck giving out soccer balls and Teddy Bears to illegals coming over the southern border in Texas. What the heck was that episode all about?

Any one who runs against Trump is finished in Conservative politics. Cruz is no idiot - he’s also young and ambitious.
Both Kasich and Mittens are Marxists and Deep State agent, so might well be one of them runs. It will be a suicide mission but they’ll be hoping the damage Trump enough in the primaries to weaken him for the general

Who knows at this stage as politics causes strange things from people.
But I don’t think Cruz will do so as he will wait till the end of his
current term which is also the end of Trump’s 2nd if he runs which I
think he will. It will be an open contest with no incumbent. That way
Cruz won’t have two losses on his resume for the GOP nomination.
