Should be easy enough for the GOP to pre-empt them by introducing a straight forward bill allowing the states to opt out of federal laws. Forget about their reparations.

Cory’s speech originally began: “To be blunt.....” and they had him delete that. “It is high time this joint effort of Congress...” Then a rewrite.

Funny that campy movie Reefer Madness and campaigns like that claimed that someday we would have people not motivated to get a job (now a symptom of “daily marijuana smoker” —an official category),people doped up and driving,increases in rape,sudden impulse violence,breakdown of society,people withdrawing from others,and big increases in dangerous drug use.
