Just what we need: another Trump skeptical media company!
*******************************************************
It’s not Trump skepticism that bothers me. It’s their flat out GOPe Uniparty ideology support preaching that does.
Jonah and all his ilk in the Never-Trump train were “approved opposition”. They were always the lap dogs of the left and the bum boys of the most corrupt of the GOP.

According to the #neverTrumpers, 60 million+ Trump supporters are a “cult” but the 15-20 remaining “principled conservatives” are not

No market for Never Trumpers. May they quickly go the way of the Weekly Standard.

“Goldberg and Hayes tell me they plan a reporting-driven, Trump-skeptical company....”
If it is reporting-driven, then it will either be skeptical of ALL politicians and ideologies, or none. The fact that it is “Trump-skeptical” speaks to the falsity of the “reporting-driven” claim.
These are inside-the-Beltway, RINO, Never-Trumpers...and there is no more need to pay attention to them with this new venture than at any time since Trump came down the escalator in June, 2015.

National Review is becoming more supportive of Trump. Goldberg and Hayes will in time do so as well.

And they say polar bears are stranded on shrinking ice floes.
The market for National Review Conservatism is disappearing.
If you want to sell magazines the future lies either in
Trump Populism or AOC wingnut Socialism.

Is it wrong of me that I’ve begun hoping for the Trump Curse to strike some people?

I agree completely. The Kristols, Rubins, Wilsons, and Wallaces of the world are obvious dbags. But Jonah (and David French for that matter) should know better.

Yeah, that orientation makes them completely unique among media...oh, uh, never mind.

The conservative "perfect" is indeed the enemy of the "good". These two NeverTrumpers (not the euphemistic 'Trump-skeptical' duo) is not satisfied that Trump is the most conservative President to come along, but he is not good enough, refined enough, too honest, and too rough around the arrogant-elite edges to be embraced by these two clowns. Screw THEM! Their rag should be called The Pearl Clutchers' Guide to the Swamp.

That these oafs are even contemplating a magazine as a business model should tell an investor about their business acumen.

LOL!
I didn’t even know that about Condi.
And every time I read something of his, I see him in short pants, sitting on Lucianne’s lap and getting schooled.
She still echoes through him.

I’m sure you’ll have George Will and that Billy Kristol sh*thead on there too.
This has about as much chance for success as a snow ball in Haiti.

Their rag should be called The Pearl Clutchers' Guide to the Swamp. That is funny :P
