To me all of them should be arrested as an accessory after the fact. Sneaking into the country is a crime. Protecting anyone who does so is an accessory after the fact, and they should be charged for EACH illegal they have assisted but sadly it seems we no longer have any prosecutors with balls in this country. The law is blindingly clear...
