It also magnifies the extreme weather it shelters us from. Taking in all stages of production, concrete is said to be responsible for 4-8% of the world’s CO2. Among materials, only coal, oil and gas are a greater source of greenhouse gases. Half of concrete’s CO2 emissions are created during the manufacture of clinker, the most-energy intensive part of the cement-making process.

As usual the Left leaves it to readers to infer that the US is the cause of this ‘problem’. Here’s the Wikipedia numbers:

Top Cement Producing Countries In The World
Rank Country Cement Production (million metric tons), 2014
1 China......2,500
2 India..........280
3 USA............83

People who think this can go back to living in mud huts (and give up every other manufactured material and object as a similar ‘evil’ thing).

Those ‘believers’ now can die worn out a little past the age of 30 as people once did (on average) from the primitive life the so badly want.

Okay; curative agent, then. However, straw also seems to be an aid to reinforcing bricks made from river clay, in the context I mentioned.

“Their chariot groves set the modern day railroad gauge.”

History’s finest example of being stuck in a rut.
