Yep!
You mocked Idi Amin Dada!!!!
The Left LOVES TO JUDGE history by the cultural mores of today.......except when it comes to THEIR ICONS.
And Robert “sheets” Byrd. KKK Grand Wizard and Democrat U.S. Senator. Has a gazillion buildings with his name on them.
And don’t forget the concentration camps he set up for Japanese Americans.
Sounds like they want to rename everything and eventually rename the country.
However, it did have a happy ending.
(Easy Rider)
.
//////////////////////////
I only saw it once, first run at a theater. Was that a happy ending?
Bob Dylan refused to allow his name on the song “The Ballad of Easy Rider” which he allowed Roger McGuinn of the Byrds to take credit for. Bob Dylan wrote the first half of the song on a napkin at a restaurant and gave it to someone and said “Give this to Roger. He’ll know what to do.”
He said it was an unhappy ending because there was no return to kill the geeky killer as revenge. Without revenge Bob was infuriated and unsatisfied and backed out of the theme song chance.
OK.
Lets rename it
The John Wayne Says Democrats Blow Airport
I could live with that.
Dadaism was counter-cultural, in its’ day.
I am positive, that people of every race, at one time in their life have made a very inappropiate statement, and later they realized what a stupid thing to say. So...let’s let John Waynes name stay, for all the good American movies he made. What do you say.
The path is clear for a complete rewrite of history.
stars and stripes (gas tank) may be Just what they object to
Yes, you were calling for Idi Amin! Look up the name.
Everyone living there should go to the airport and yell “Remember the Alamo”, which would honor one of his great roles. Then defend the sign.
"That's two D's, two A's and One Gun!"
50 years ago, this didn’t raise an eyebrow.
Now the man is dead, it’s safe to attack him
Lefty cowards.
Meanwhile, Louisville just renamed its’ airport after a man who once called a black man a “Gorilla”.
Those who see people coming into town to deal dope and seduce girls to be heroes, maybe they don’t appreciate justice they way I do.
KKK Leader and Future Democrat Congressman and Senator Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944
There are 56 places named for Robert Byrd in West Virginia, so the name changers have their work cut out for them.
