The number of states where liberals outnumber conservatives has dropped more than 30 percent, with just six now in that category: Massachusetts, Hawaii, Vermont, Washington, New York, and New Hampshire.
According to the latest Gallup survey, in every other state but California, where conservatives and liberals split 29 percent to 29 percent, conservatives lead.
Nationally, those who identify themselves conservative hold a nine-point lead.
Before conservatives start to cheer, Gallup said the gap used to be 21 points and a handful of the state numbers fall in the margin of error.
But the survey still shows a large swath of red and pink states bookended by the whole West Coast, New England, and the mid-Atlantic, including the Washington, D.C. area.
“The residents of most U.S. states are more likely to identify as conservative than as liberal in their political ideology. In 25 states, the conservative advantage is significantly greater than the national average, including 19 ‘highly conservative’ states in which conservatives outnumber liberals by at least 20 percentage points,” said Gallup.

The problem is conservative is a self definition. 10 people in the room, 10 definitions.

Most Americans just aren’t that stupid
The purpose of media consolidation is to control the output of such a daily bomb of liberal BS that nobody will question the elections too hard-and if they do start asking questions-well that’s why they STILL seem to own the DOJ and FBI.

Because Conservatives, in general, don’t want to get their hands dirty and run for office, they’d rather stay in the private sector. That’s why there’s a dearth of good conservative candidates.
Knowing how the Left treats their enemies (see, Kavanaugh), why would somebody leave the comfort of a good gig in the Private Sector and subject themselves and their family to the stuff the Left will throw against them.
Hardly indicative of the threat we face. Any Democrat nominee starts with approximately 230 electoral votes in the bag.
It may be fraud, but patriots are badly outnumbered in the USA. Fifth columnists are everywhere.
And once they do, they gerrymander the maps to keep it that way.
Yet more states are turning purple-to-blue with each election.
Something doesn’t add up.
And the Dems learned in 2016 that they can count-til-they-win in many districts.
Voter fraud of one sort or another.
Yes they are that stupid!
Anyway most people have their own personal pet ox - meaning liberal\socialist distributionist program they benefit from. Any conservative come in with a program to roll back government in general will be shocked when they find a significant number of conservations against them. Any plan where all oxen get gored - you will here the cry “ No not my ox!”. 90 years of socialist income redistribution programs means everyone to a great or lessor extent has a hand in everyone else’s pocket. Nothings better then some else’s money!
That’s because many liberals, habitual liars that they are, claim to be moderate.
We know people in Seattle who call them selves conservatives. They smoke pot all day, drive a Prius, believe the biggest threat to the world is Global Warming, and support not just the $15 minimum wage but also guaranteed income to the “poor”. They believe that they are conservatives because they think that their property taxes are too high.
This doesn’t matter. The ONLY thing that matters is how many BALLOT HARVESTERS the ‘RATS can mobilize. And they can, and do, mobilize armies of them.
The NEA is doing its job on the the little heads full of mush.
Democrat Party needs to go the way of the Whigs
Mine was years ago. He thought Seattle was conservative because people supported gay marriage. I guess he thought supporting marriage at all made you conservative.
Because some Dems are calling themselves moderate when they are really hard left Democrats
