Elizabeth Warren opens door to reparations for Native Americans

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Sen. Elizabeth Warren said Friday evening that Native Americans should be “part of the conversation” on reparations, showing a willingness to expand the debate over whether minority groups that have faced discrimination should be financially compensated by the federal government.
Warren is one of four Democratic presidential hopefuls who have said in recent days that they’re open to providing some type of reparations to African Americans who are descendants of people who were enslaved in the United States, although they’ve offered varying levels of details about how the goal would be achieved.
So far, Warren is the only one to entertain the notion of including Native Americans. “I think it’s a part of the conversation,” she said when asked whether the group should also receive some kind of relief. “I think it’s an important part of the conversation.”
This ground is fraught for Warren, who claimed to be Native American for about two decades when she was a law professor. She has apologized for doing this, but the issue dogged her in her first Senate race and has been a persistent source of tension in her nascent presidential bid.
Warren made the remarks on reparations after addressing about 900 New Hampshire Democrats at the state party’s annual McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner at the Hilton in Manchester. Warren enjoyed a standing ovation when she walked onto the stage, and her speech was frequently interrupted by applause.

Poca-Honky should be required to pay reparations to American Indians for the money and prestige that accrued to her as a fake Cherokee Harvard professor.
As a fake minority she was hired under the false pretense of her being a descendant of the Cherokee, taking the job that otherwise would have gone to a real minority.
The other day I decided to research just how many of my ancestors were slaves and indentured servants. Hundreds of thousands were ripped from their homeland and forced to work in horrible conditions, with no hope of freedom in their lifetimes. This is the history of much of the world. My brothers and sisters are now teachers, doctors, soldiers, and the like. Only because my ancestors were brought to the only place on Earth where this can happen are we free and prosperous today. When I say free and prosperous, I mean we all have the basics that even kings and queens could never have dreamed of just a short while ago. Clean running hot and cold water, inexpensive energy, and so much more.

I have no problem with Liawatha paying directly to native indians the money due them for her lies.
She should also repay our government the money for any loan she received breaks for when she lied on the applications.
It’s never enough. They all want bigger pieces of the tax-pie.
We’re going to have to add the term “heap wampum” to Gov’t budgeting, deficit and accounting lexicon...

The current system is a failure. Close the reservations. Eliminate the hoax of having a “sovereign nation” within a sovereign nation. Eliminate all laws that favor “native Americans.” Complete and total equality. No special treatment.
Nothing else will solve the problem.
