A Southeast Texas man accused of bludgeoning his 2-year-old daughter to death with a hammer was naked and blood-stained when he told police officers he had killed the toddler, according to an affidavit. An officer's body camera captured 26-year-old Yovahnis Roque confessing Tuesday in the death of his child at their home in Orange, near the Louisiana border, according to the police affidavit. Roque was arrested and charged with capital murder. Roque lived with his mother at the house and it was she who found the girl's body and called police... Roque exclaimed: "The government made me do it."...Roque and the child previously lived in Florida. A friend of the suspect, Abner Santiago, told the Beaumont Enterprise that he received a series of messages from Roque on Tuesday, including one in which he told his friend to start digging because there was going to be "an all-out war.""He was messaging me weird coded messages about the world ending," Santiago said. "He wasn't like this before when I knew him back in Miami."

Devil eyes. He's in a wheelchair from an auto accident in Florida. Bet his lawyer will claim it's the accident that caused him to have mental problems to try to get him off. He wasn't so disabled to take a hammer to a poor little innocent child.
Off With His Head.
He needs to be turned into a human circuit breaker.
Death Penalty. That poor child.
I thought the bottom pic was Charles Manson! What a creep.
Fry his sorry azz. Slowly.
Too bad they outlawed lynching because if there was ever an evil, useless SOB that deserves one, it’s this azzhole. I hope they fry his sorry azz slowly and soon.
Weird name. Has that dead eye meth head look
People have different weaknesses. I get that. A person can fly off the handle and do something just terrible.
What is the thought process that involves hitting a child with a hammer?
What was going to be better about his/her life that involved taking a hammer to her?
I don’t get this rationale behind this act at all.
His life needs to end.
Looked like a sweet innocent little girl. At that age, what little kid isn’t?
Of course the Democrats can claim it was just an abortion that went bad.
Laugh if you want, grimace if you want, but there is a Democrat out there wondering how to cover this guy and others who want to erase what they demand to see as “mistakes”.
May God NOT have mercy...
The sad part is that just a few months earlier this murder would be a legal abortion in modern America.
“Florida”
AH HAH.
If he was hallucinating on drugs she might have looked like a bug to him.
Or if she interrupted him from whatever he’s addicted to and worships to ask for food he might have been so enraged his entitled self just reacted with no thought at all.
Might even have done it out of jealousy.
Lived in Orange for 2 years back in late 60s. Most violence back then was limited to football games.
Plenty of Cajuns and good ole boys around there that would be glad to use him as gator bait.
He won’t fry but unless the Feds step in he will most likely get the needle.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment_in_Texas
In 1982, the state became the first jurisdiction in the world to carry out an
execution by lethal injection, when it put to death Charles Brooks Jr.. It
was the first execution in the state since 1964.
Texas, which is the second most populous state of the Union, has executed 559
offenders from the U.S. capital punishment resumption in 1976 (beginning in
1982 with the Brooks execution) to January 30, 2019 (the Robert Mitchell
Jennings execution), more than a third of the national total.
For both of us, it’s futile to try and figure out the why of this.
Expecting a rational explanation for irrational behavior is asking too much.
You could be spot on. It makes sense. Just not convinced we can fathom how a mind like this thinks.
"If you come to Texas and kill someone we will kill you back. That's our policy".
He had to be on somebody’s radar.
