I was all trusting the plan and now Q is missing?
Somebody please explain to me, rationally, why sex between consenting adults should be a CRIMINAL offense?
It’s all about putting pressure on Iran.
My understanding is that this is simply a campaign to get governments to stop executing people for being gay. Surely any Christian person can get behind that. If you want to think about it this way, consider this to be a way to keep people who would otherwise be refugees fleeing in fear for their lives in their own countries.
It seems a fumble, who Trump chose, playing into the idea that to tolerate the closet (something the Old Testament effectively did, by requiring two or more witnesses to an unholy offense before any penalty was exacted) means to tolerate everything blatantly public too. If Trump chose a devout Christian to negotiate the matter, it would be 1000% better. Trump does not understand the kind of fire involved here. Our answer should be much prayer, not merely (or even chiefly) much criticism.
Actually, conservatives came late to the Trump train. Trump's base is MAGA, some of whom are conservative, some of whom are not.
Could be used to put a spotlight on how hideous Islam is.

BUT, his ass-umptions, predictions, and ascribed motives, not so much.
I couldn’t be any more anti-LGBTQXYZ, but violence against these people is WRONG! Persecution of these people is WRONG! Many of these people are misguided, ensnared by evil, dupes.
Their political agendas have to be opposed and defeated AT ALL COSTS! Their leaders discredited and deposed by all legal means.
In doing so, we can not condone violence and persecution.
Homosexuality is a sin that cries out to heaven for vengeance.
Trump promised over & over again during his campaign and on inauguration day that we would not invade other nations to change their rulers.
Now, we are threatening to do that in Venezuela & probably Iran, while our nation slides into a cesspool here at home.
I certainly did not vote to legalize homosexuality in nations that have passed laws against that.
We are getting way off track here.
