“Empire” star Jussie Smollett is now charged with a felony following an attack that was allegedly staged.
The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office confirmed to “Extra” that Smollett has been charged with one count of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.
He is due in court at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.

I tend to agree with you bro. 9 or 10 of the jurors will let him walk. They don't care what the evidence is. Now, if he were a white dude, he would probably get the death penalty, for spitting on the sidewalk. 👎

I hope the dude goes down, but finding a jury of his peers, that will convict him, in a city, almost totally liberal, might be hard to do. Jury nullification, will allow him to walk.
This is actually pretty much the normal routine. It’s a non-violent crime, he’s represented by counsel, so he’ll surrender about 9, get booked, have a bail hearing at 11:30, get bonded out, and be home by 2. They’ll probably offer to let him leave the back way, but he’ll want to make a courthouse steps speech.
Before it’s all over he gets a medal from Rahm and a parade in his honor.
The next time? “Rabbi what you doin’?” Is a punchline now.
My prediction is he will not serve any jail time and it is highly likely that if it is a jury trial, jury nullification will occur and he will walk.
He is of multiple, modern day protected classes and the useful idiots of chicago will come to his aid.
I have zero faith in government or the judicial system in this country. The way Roger Stone was arrested is just one of a seemingly uncountable things that show white people are under attack by our government at all levels, from federal to state to city to local.

And the two brothers probably already have received immunity since they were needed for the Grand Jury testimony. May well be that they all walk.
He should be...and all Trump supporters should be filing a class action lawsuit to get our reputations back....

... and, I have to say, I’m disappointed in the way President Trump dealt with that. Ooh! An angry tweet. Yeah. THAT gets a lot done. WHY wasn’t Wray called on the carpet and fired for okaying this garbage? Why wasn’t EVERY corrupt FBI agent involved with this decision immediately fired?
