The Trump administration announced Tuesday that it was canceling a federal grant to California worth nearly $1 billion after Gov. Gavin Newsom announced the cancelation of the state’s high-speed rail project last week.

POTUS likes to read the fine print of any contract. The state of California didn’t follow the terms of the grant money so POTUS is calling him out on it. That’s what you get when you have a savvy businessman in the Oval Office, rather than an empty suit puppet doing what he’s told - cough, cough, Obama.
