National security expert Malcolm Nance said on Monday that President Donald Trump’s tweets, actions and response to ongoing investigation surrounding him and his 2016 presidential campaign are leading many to question whether he is a traitor.
“Rhetorically, the president of the United States cannot go around tweeting about people who are investigating his activities as being treasonous because we may have that as a fact at the end of this,” Nance, who formerly served as U.S. Navy senior chief petty officer, said on MSNBC. “The president of the United States may have committed treason.”

“These phrases, ‘taking down an elected president’, ‘a bureaucratic coup’ — this is Donald Trump’s characterization of what the patriots at the FBI and the Department of justice,who were defending the Constitution of the United States, using their sworn positions to identify a threat to the United States and who were confronted by the fact that we had a candidate for president of the United States, now president of the United States, who may, in fact, have been an asset or an agent of a foreign power,” the national security expert said.

Nut case. The real treason was committed by the Obama Administration, Hitlery Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Strzok, etc., etc. etc.

Treason: the crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.
The President has done everything, and then some, to NOT betray this country. He has done everything and anything that he can legally do, against a corrupt and seditious FBI, a corrupt and seditious DOJ, a corrupt and seditious Congress, a corrupt and seditious bureaucratic/Deep State, and this former Chief Petty Officer is saying that his tweets are treasonous. I guess the CPO is unaware of a small thing called the first amendment.
And, given recent events, I’m quite sure, if he were as smart as he and MSNBC thinks he is, that he would redirect that statement toward the upper echelons of the FBI and DOJ.

In my humble opinion, unduly accusing the President of the United States of treason is, itself, sedition. It continues to promote the hate-filled frenzy on the left and incites them to violence.
We need to start building giant institutions for these clowns. We could call them something cute, like “mental institutions,” but tell them they’re “global warming safe spaces” or something to lure them in.
This guy is really credentialed. What the heck happened?

This does not make any sense. By definition, a president cannot commit many criminal acts because he decides what is classified, what is our diplomatic policy, etc. The “expert” is a flack.

I did not see anywhere in that article what his qualification are. The article says he’s a national security expert and then says that he was a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, (E-8). I was a Chief Petty Officer, (E-7), and probably have as much qualifications as him. He may have been in the crypto field but that does not make you a national security expert.
Working with crypto is simple.
