A federal court judge on Wednesday threw out Paul Manafort's plea agreement. According to the judge, when Manafort entered the agreement, he said he would "cooperate fully, truthfully, completely and forthrightly with the government," but he broke that agreement when he lied to special counselor Robert Mueller.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson said that Manafort "intentionally made multiple false statements to the FBI, the OSC [office of the special counsel] and the grand jury concerning matters that were material to the investigation."

I think giving out sentences well beyond a persons life expectancy is one of the reason running our prison systems is so costly. Just think, some convicts get 2 or more life sentences. To store their bodies at the prison has got to cost something, if nothing else additional building space and janitorial expense. /s/

Hillary’s transcript is replete with I don’t recall I don’t remember. Manafort says to the best of my recollection and he is found to be uncooperative and lying. He gets 90 years. She gets hot tea and a comfortable seat during questions.
