Outgoing Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) warned in a USA Today op-ed on Monday that the GOP "seems stuck in the 1950s."
Kasich, who is considering running for president in 2020 after a failed bid in 2016, also said Republicans haven't learned from their losses in the midterm elections.

Kasich is one of Bill Kristols butt boys, ignore him and hopefully he will go away.
You should hear what Thomas Sowell has to say about growing up under segregation. It literally PROTECTED him to allow him to become the great man he is.
The 1950s. The decade of massive collusion between the Democrats and the then communist Soviet Union! Joseph McCarthy proved the link and got destroyed by both Democrats and Republicans. I guess Kaysnitch was partially right. The Swamp joined forces back then to take out a Republican who was taking them on, and history is repeating itself six decades later with a new generation of Swamp Critters trying to take out another Republican trying to stop them!
You say that like it’s a bad thing. People were for freedom, most were against communism, and the people that lived here were citizens. Terrible, terrible.
Actually, Governor, if the GOP was still stuck in the Eisenhower era, we'd be running Democrat-lite candidates like yourself for office and offering voters an echo rather than a choice.
>> Republicans haven't learned from their losses in the midterm elections. <<
Well, he may have a valid point there. After the Democrats manage to "find" as many "voters" as they need to reverse the election results weeks AFTER the election, a bunch of useful idiots on our side still think registering convicted felons and handing out ballots in a foreign language is a great idea. We'll continue to lose as long as the Democrats have millions of "voters" on the rolls that consist of dead people, illegal aliens, and Chicago machine thugs registered to vote 20 times.
Nothing wrong with the ‘50s.
Blacks being hosed in Alabama and being denied the right to vote as full American citizens was a bad thing.
C’mon.
That is why the Civil Rights Movement happened in the 1960s.
Eisenhower was the President who started fighting segregation head on. He was in office 1953 to 1961 if you recall.
Women do NOT want to be at home.
They are millions of working women who juggle and balance home and work.
In truth, most women would prefer to stay at home raising their children. They are not ALLOWED to stay home by a society that shames or forces them to work. Feminism does not speak for the majority of women.
That’s not the part current Republicans resemble.
The Republicans need to adapt to this. Whites will only be 66% of the electorate in 2020.

This is counting David Hogg, Jimmy Kimmel, Charlie Sheen and Rosie O’Donnell, right?
We are in deep trouble.
Actually women make up 58% of the workforce now.
“He was in office 1953 to 1961 if you recall.”

I certainly do.

STOP!!! The Mailman’s SON is SPEAKING!! HAIL, MAILMAN’S SON! His WIFE must be a SCREAMING LEFTY!
What is his point? During the 1950s the Dems were the racists who tried to stop school integration and maintain separate but equal public facilities. It was Eisenhower who ordered the 101st Airborne to Little Rock.

Adapt to what? Who in the GOP is saying that women should stay home? FYI: Non-Hispanic whites are the group that least votes in lockstep for one party or the other. The GOP is not the party of identity politics.
Sounds like reparations time. Get out your checkbook. Make checks out to “cash” or “Al Sharpton,LLC” —give ‘till it hurts.
Hey Juan, can we help you out by informing you just where your head is stuck?
The BEST place a wife and mother should be in HO<E RAISING KIDS!! It’s the MOST IMPORTANT GOD-GIVEN “job” there is!
