Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton called out Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Sunday evening for using an anti-Jewish stereotype when she alleged that members of Congress had been paid to support Israel. Omar began by tweeting “It’s all about the Benjamins baby” in response to a comment by left-wing Israel critic Glenn Greenwald in which he lamented that Congress in general, and Republicans in particular, supported Israel.
At no point did Omar acknowledge that what she had said was in any way antisemitic or offensive.
Chelsea Clinton’s husband, Marc Mezvinsky, is Jewish.

Chelsea’s father-in-law was a crook and spent time in jail. Her Mezvinsky uncle was a noted anti-Israel activist who worked with anti-semites from the Left and Right. One of them was Ed, the other Norton. Not the kind of family I would want my daughter to marry into.
Hope her husband is a better person than the rest of his family. At least Chelsea has said something right. I’ll give her 5 stars for that.

The Clintons recognize that the party has gone too far left to be elected. Hillary tried to track back to the middle and found it wasn’t possible in today’s environment. The American electorate is far right of the current crop of 2020 candidates, who will largely lose. The Democratic party has fractured into a Left party and a another party even further left. The second party is rather small but highly energetic, focused, and well financed by people like George Soros. Probably Chelsea’s advisers told her to start positioning herself for the middle left for a future political run.
Well for once in my life let me say: YOU GO CHELSEA CLINTON!
