President Trump is reversing his campaign commitment to reduce overall legal immigration levels to the United States in order to raise the wages of America’s working and middle class, as he is now demanding more immigration.
During his State of the Union (SOTU) address this week, Trump went off-script while discussing national immigration policy, saying he wanted to admit “the largest numbers ever” of legal immigrants to the country.

The U.S. is on track to import about 15 million new foreign-born voters in the next two decades should current legal immigration levels continue. Those 15 million new foreign-born voters include about eight million who will arrive in the country through chain migration. This booming legal immigrant population has not only rapidly shifted the demographics of the nation, but research indicates it will hand over all electoral dominance to Democrats in a matter of decades.

If legal immigration keeps going at its current rate it is only a matter of a few years before the democrats will have a monopoly on all federal power.
We don’t need them. Businesses want cheap labor and don’t want to invest in the American people. If we let them come here who will be left in their home countries to improve The human condition there?
Then make some people.
We have killed over 60 million babies, many of whom would have grown up by now and had more of their own babies and grandbabies, and wonder why we are short on people...

Keep in mind, this is the same person whose company claims year after year that it cannot fill positions at its resorts and thus requires H2B employees.
A nation of 330M does not *need* more people. I’d rather see more per capita economic growth than aggregate national economic growth.

I hope not. But remember the President said the number of LEGAL immigrants will increase..I hope a number of immigrates form Europe are included . Remember when the German family (under O’Bummer) got forcibly returned because they wanted to home-school their kids? Where were all the open boarder advocates then?

It’s a HUGE mistake which, if carried through to completion, will have history rightfully naming Trump as the individual who delivered the final FATAL wound to the American public. Trump might as well post federal workers at all ports of entry registering all arrivals for social security numbers and issuing all Green Cards stamped LEGAL. Trump has than eliminated the illegal alien problem since there will be no more illegals.
And he will be DEFEATED IN A MASSIVE LANDSLIDE IN 2020,
That is a relatively easy fix...no welfare for non-citizens, citizenship limited to the assimilated (meaning working, behaving and prospering) after a set number of years, maybe 15 or 20. IOW, the kind of folks who would not normally vote RAT.
I think we all really know how things are playingout b4 our eyes!

Just do what Clinton\Gore did in 1996...Citizenship USA.
Immigration is needed. If you bring in WORKERS it’s fine. If they fit a need of the country that’s exactly what should happen. The problem is bringing in people who don’t work but who are going to collect checks. Merit based systems are the only systems that make any sense.
