Subtract the millions of druggies and alcoholics, who are unreliable for any job.
Subtract the millions, who think that they should not have to work for a living and should be honored that they hate Americans and those working or have worked for a living.
The above is only part of why we have a labor shortage. One that will increase each year as more workers retire or die.
