Rep. Bobby Scott, Virginia Democrat, reportedly learned about the sexual assault accusations against Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax directly from accuser Vanessa Tyson. In a report Wednesday evening citing unnamed aides to Mr. Scott, ABC News said that Ms. Tyson told Mr. Scott via text message in December 2017 that there was a MeToo allegation against the newly elected lieutenant governor but did not specify that she was the woman.

Folks on Twitter are saying that other Democrats, including Mark Warner knew about this too.
Just cuz the first Black president got away with rape, they all think they all can get away with it too.
There is a rape cover up going on in New Jersey that the MSM is colluding with the Dems to completely ignore.
The more I learn, the less comfortable I am with this “victim”. I wouldn’t invest too much on this story. The spectacle of the Dems’ hypocrisy is the real story.
But was it Rape Rape...
Another commie Dem who cares more about The Party than the people.
Color me unsurprised.
She said he forced her, and she was “crying and gagging”. He says it was consentual. How stupid does he think people are?
#themtoo
He’s a DEM, he’s black, of course he believes that WE are “stupid”.
Wasn't it women who made 50 Shades a runaway bestseller?
And women have been known to lie through their teeth before, yes, even about sexual assault.
Remember the Duke Lacrosse Case or Tawana Brawley?
For all we know, he might have promised to call her a couple days later, and never followed through. Or -- given Kamala Harris and Willie Brown -- maybe he promised her a committee assignment, or an introduction to someone higher up, and never followed through.
When we said #PoundMeToo we didn't mean it. Well we don't anymore, anyway.
In Scott’s defense, a text message with no names or details is a bit thin. Everyone is deserving of due process before careers and lives are ruined. At this point Professor Tyson must come forward and make a detailed complaint in a legal forum be it a legislative or judicial venue. Fairfax has a right to defend himself.
