Yes, I think Trump appealed across party lines a bit.
Folks couldn’t reflexively say he was a Republican. I think this allowed folks to take a look and think about it more than a usual politician would have afforded them.
Yes, the past three years (actually), have been real eye openers.
If he comes out of 2020 with a big win, he’s going to get a lot more done, and especially if we get new fighting mad Senate leadership.

He ranks right in there with Reagan for me. They were/are both trying to do the best they could/can for our nation.
I’ve never thought either one of them was looking out for their own pockets over the welfare of our nation.

I loved it when he said that the congressman living behind their walls don’t live with the consequences of illegal immigration. Then went on to lust schools hospitals and more. They don’t have to live with much of anything they pass for us
could be. to be forthright, i did not listen to the entire speech once i got the gist of her overall theme: usa bad; trump bad; gimmesumadat. the first minute or so you want to grab your audience and then hold them. this is why i critiqued her first few points as the same tired old socialist liberal democrat message. hopefully many others soon got tired of her message and tuned her out as i did... and also, following trump might be a relatively thankless task since trump has a penchant for being a showman and unpredictable.

I have a lot of respect for what Trump is trying to do. He has actually been quite long-suffering with those in and out of his own party. He holds off taking drastic measures.
At some point, he’ll put his foot down.

I am proud of him, and I am motivated to defend him always.
