It is almost time for Fake news to get busy and pick apart this speech. The hateful news media will show their hate very shortly. We all witnessed first hand the speech. We witnessed the truth. The Fake news media will now show us what they are truly made of.
HE DOES NOT FALL BACK !!!!!!
LOL! Wish I had thought of that!

“Loved that!!! How anyone can hate this man is beyond me.”
My daughter and I have been in love with him for many years. As a teenager, my daughter said, “I want to be like Donald Trump.”
She’s 48. Became a millionaire at the age of 32. Owns real estate. Still adores him. I thank him everyday!
Pelousi could well have one of the following:
Hemifacial spasm -Hemifacial spasm (also called tic convulsif) is an involuntary twitching of the facial muscles on one side of the face. ... The facial nerve is primarily a motor nerve, meaning it controls muscles that move the eyebrows, close the eyes, and move the mouth and lips.
Oromandibular dystonia
Mouth, tongue or jaw dystonia (the medical term is Oromandibular dystonia) is characterised by forceful contractions of the face, jaw or tongue. It can cause difficulty opening or closing the mouth, often affecting chewing and speech.
Drug tremors
Drugs that include alcohol and narcotics may also cause facial twitches. Twitches can be a sign of nerve irritation caused by these drugs. There may also be severe withdrawal symptoms from them.
Bell’s palsy
Bell’s palsy causes weakness or paralysis of the facial muscles.
The condition can have different symptoms in each case. Some people with Bell’s palsy may experience their lips twitching, while others may have trouble controlling the muscles of the face at all.
Tourette syndrome
Tourette syndrome is a condition that causes both motor and speech tics. The tics can be embarrassing and make daily life difficult.
Parkinson’s disease
Lower lip twitching may be an early sign of Parkinson’s, along with tremors in the hands or legs. The disease gets worse over time, and there is no known cure.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a condition that mainly affects the nerves that control voluntary muscles.
Messages from the brain are sent through these nerves to the muscles. In someone with ALS, the nerves start to die off.
This can cause muscle weakness and twitching, as well as slurred speech. The disease gets worse over time, and it is considered a terminal condition.
