Roger Stone's lawyer offers proof CNN is in bed with FBI
American Thinker ^ | 02/05/2019 | Taylor Day

Documentation was released yesterday, reportedly from Roger Stone's lawyer, that claims that CNN didn't just happen upon Mr. Stone's home right before a 29-person FBI team raided it and took him into custody based on a "gut instinct," as the FBI claimed.  The letter was produced by Mr. Stone's lawyer, Grant Smith, who sent it to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.  It details a frightening tale of CNN acting on behalf of the FBI in regard to the continual Russia probe.

The proof that CNN was tipped off by an official within the FBI investigation to Roger Stone's pending indictment and home raid is evident in the damning omission that comes on the final page of the letter:

6:22 am   I receive, via text message from Sara Murray of CNN, what appears to be a draft copy of the indictment as it has no PACER filing notations in the header.  (See attached)  This makes the document provided to me different from the copy currently on the DOJ website and would appear to be prior in time to the filling and the unsealing.  It is unknown how CNN had obtained a copy of a sealed indictment without a PACER filing header.  Additionally, the metadata of the document sent to me, also attached, indicates that the author was "AAW" and that it was created and modified on 1/23/19 at 11:04 pm using Acrobat PDF Maker for Word, a full day before it was filed with the Court under seal.

The metadata are the technical aspects of the computer file that CNN's Sara Murray sent Mr. Stone's lawyer and act as a resource for when the document was first created and who created it.

We’re a Banana Republic now. This is the kind of corruption you expect to see in some Third World s**thole, not here, but that’s exactly what’s happening now in America!

Mueller’s team is all about politics, as is CNN. That’s obvious.

~~~
Of course it is!
The Mueller probe is an aggressive offensive campaign meant to run interference for Hillary and Obama’s deep state conspirators. Since Trump was super paranoid from the beginning about getting caught in a gotcha (we were all hearing about investigations and hints of deep state machinations back in early 2016) they are now forces to keep teh pressure on by exploiting process crimes against outer orbit and peripheral players as political fodder. They couldn’t even get a real criminal charge. You show me any other soul in DC that couldn’t be indicted in 3 seconds if an aggressive prosecuter was on a witchhunt against them!?
Stone’s lawyer may want to consider a pretrial motion alleging an intentional effort by the government to taint the jury pool by leaking news of the arrest to CNN so that the arrest could be publicized. Because this is a matter of national and even international interest, the filming of the arrest was so widely disseminated that it may not be possible to pick an untainted jury pool. If the court grants an evidentiary hearing on the motion, Stone’s lawyer can subpoena the “journalist” from CNN to explain how she came into possession of a sealed indictment, and what “hunch” led her to park outside Stone’s home more than an hour before the FBI arrived. While the court will instruct the jury that an arrest and an indictment are not evidence of guilt and should not be considered for any reason, the fact that the government sent 29 armed agents to arrest Stone, and orchestrated the arrest in coordination with CNN may persuade the court that the jury pool has been tainted by government misconduct. If the court concludes that a fair jury cannot be seated, it has the discretion to dismiss the indictment with prejudice.
The reporter on scene from CNN was a former employee of the FBI.
Now throw that into the mix.
It affects the national security clearances of Mueller’s team. If Pres. Trump doesn’t suspend them until the leaker is prosecuted, he can lose his clearance as well. An apologetic announcement of Mueller’s clearance suspension at SOTU would be a welcome surprise, since Mueller put him in this position by tipping off the CNN crew to a sealed indictment raid, thus denying Stone’s right to a fair and impartial trial.
And Trump’s IT security administrator should switch the clearances off as Trump is speaking, so Mueller goes back to ‘work’ to a computer he can no longer access. Suddenly the Deep State loses ability to communicate with each other securely.
You could call it the Great Trump Redaction Action.
If this was not voted out as yet, would seem to me to be an obvious violation of the secrets of the grand jury. Rule 6e reads as follows: (B) Unless these rules provide otherwise, the following persons must not disclose a matter occurring before the grand jury: (i) a grand juror; (ii) an interpreter; (iii) a court reporter; (iv) an operator of a recording device; (v) a person who transcribes recorded testimony; (vi) an attorney for the government; I don't see that a pre indictment notification to CNN is covered. IMO, Weinstein should be in jail for contempt of the rule.
About as clever as the FBI leaking to the press and then using those reports as evidence in warrants.
What would it take to have Weismann’s law license revoked?
Would it require:
a judge
a lawyer
a citizen
an act of Congress
Why isn’t someone who qualifies asking for this to happen, I wonder.
I figure one of our domestic enemies will proudly step up and say he alerted CNN because he was afraid Trump would find out, and then the FBI wouldn’t have been able to get their Most Wanted man before he fled the country with who knows how much of our treasury.
