Virginia Democrat governor Ralph Northam refused to shake the hand of his black opponent E.W. Jackson during a 2013 televised debate in the Virginia lieutenant governors race.
E.W. Jackson, his black opponent, said that Northam is consistent in his behavior, and not shaking his hand was just evidence of that. (READ: Fallout Continues From Ralph Northams Blackface Yearbook Photo).
It was insulting, but, on the other hand, I thought it was consistent with the way he behaves. Because, this spot hes been running, saying that I believe that a child born with birth defects is born that way because of their parents sin is just a damnable, palpable, despicable lie. I dont believe that. I never said anything like that. And its that kind of dishonesty that, to me, says this is not the kind of person that needs to be holding state-wide office. Not shaking my hand really just confirmed that, E.W. Jackson said in an interview on WMALs Mornings on the Mall.
Ordinarily I agree with you.......but it’s time they live by the rules they set for everyone else.
That says it all about it all. lol
Northam is credited with winning the Virginia governor's race using deceptive tactics......tarring his opponent, Gillespie, as a "white nationalist."
Northam made effective use of Pelosi's demonization tactic called the wrap-up smear.
CHECK OUT THE PELOSI VIDEO HERE

The video has Pelosi saying: We (Democrats) call it the wrap-up smear. You smear somebody, with falsehoods and all the rest, and then you merchandise it to the media, Pelosi revealed at a press conference last year.
Northam also sent out a mailer tying both President Donald Trump and Ed Gillespie to white nationalists in Charlottesville, Va. Later, a pro-Northam group ran an ad labeling Gillespie as a "genocidal white supremacist."
Northam reported the ad as an "in-kind" donation to his campaign.
Not to be outdone, then-governor, Terry McAuliffe, accused Gillespie of having run the "most racist" campaign in Virginia history, and suggested Gillespie's campaign was more racist than the secessionist movement supporting slavery, the segregationists, and the opposition to interracial marriage.
That's how ridiculous it got.

SOUND FAMILIAR This patented Democrat "wrap-up smear" was used against Justice Kavanaugh. (snopes.com)
Hillary was very good at the "wrap-up smear"----she'd "leak" what she said was damaging info on Trump to the media. Then when the smear was published---she'd wave around the clipping to show how she was the superior candidate.
He went on to explain that he was under military contract during med school and would not have been part of such photos. He said that he had not even purchased a copy of the med school yearbook in question.
1) In college he gets the nickname "coonman" and now can't explain how he got it.
2) In medical school he submits a racist picture to his yearbook showing him in a pair of people, one a white man in really gross blackface and the other a fully uniformed Klansman with a hood, at first admits being in the picture and then, knowing the trouble he's in, mendaciously denies it.
3) Refuses, for no legitimate reason, to shake a black election opponent's hand.
4) Advocates abortion on demand up to and including infanticide, knowing that the primary victims of the procedure are black infants.
After a certain point, well beyond Nordham's, "if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and eats bugs," IT'S A DUCK!!!
Hopefully, there is a betting line in Vegas.
72 hours or less...
Maybe he hunted coons.
Believe that and I'll tell you another whopper.
Note to former Gov....the past can and will catch up with you.
LOL
Hey, Huckabee, you stole that line from our Sarah Barracuda! Credit where credit is due!
Let me just say this:
ALL SOUTHERN RATS ARE RACIST!
(from way-back)
A glaringly blatant example of them accusing milquetoast Republicans of the foul acts that the RATs themselves are actually doing.
