A New Mexico man accused of raping three children in a week and sexually assaulting his own 13-year-old daughter was released on bail twice by the same judge before being arrested a third time on Monday after a statewide manhunt.

Raymond Hernandez, 29, was first taken into custody on January 15 after allegedly raping a teenage girl and beating her friend. Judge Ernest Ortega released him on a $10,000 bond.

Two days later, Hernandez, who was wearing an ankle monitor, was arrested again for allegedly molesting a 19-month toddler who lived in the same house as the teen he was accused of raping.

Cops brought Hernandez back to court but the same judge released him on $20,000 bail. A few days after posting it, Hernandez allegedly went on to rape a five-year-old girl living next door to his family and then fled.  He was finally arrested Sunday night in Colorado.

Seems perfectly legitimate.

What else would anyone expect an American judge to do, protect children from Democrat voters?

Not.

The man is obviously mentally ill.

He should be separated from society - clearly he is a danger.

We don’t do that anymore. Today we are tolerant and compassionate. Instead he will be back on the street to rape and molest again

The perp who raped a 19 months old should be hanging from a gallows. The Judge? well he should be treated like a dog with rabies.

It sounds like the judge has some judgment problems and mental instability...at best.

How come we know more about this kind of thing than the judges do?

You can’t rehabilitate a pedophile. They are incurable. Perversions are like that: they get the whole naughty part of your mind involved so the pleasure is irretrievably mixed in with the wrongness of the act.

How come I understand it, and they don’t?

Don’t ever let them free. If you do, you have someone else’s lifelong perversion on your soul: the child’s.

They do know it but they believe his love for children is normal and he shouldn’t be punished...to them it is not evil, but normal and he’s entitled to it...

I know someone who had dealings in front of this judge. He disregarded the law and failed to recuse when the plaintiff had a prior relationship with him.

Taos is a corrupt little town.

"Ernest L. Ortega is a judge on the Taos County Magistrate Court, Division 1, in New Mexico. He is a Democrat. He was appointed to the position in January 2006 by Governor Bill Richardson.[2] He was most recently re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3] Elections"

This judge belongs in jail and all Democrats that voted for him ought to be ashamed for playing party politics instead of checking out that judge.

Cheech and Chong skit:

Judge: you’ve been accused of rape. How do you plead?

Defendant: Insane!

Judge: Insane??

Defendant: Yeah, I’m crazy about that stuff!

All joking aside, this guy needs his balls cut off and shoved down his throat until he eithers dies of blood loss or suffocates!
