Remember "Global Warming?" Well, after a few years of usage ending in a lot of mockery when it didn't appear to happen due to a "pause," that phrase was quickly replaced by liberals by the more general "Climate Change." However, don't get too used to that term since it will soon be ditched to be replaced by a less "partisan" term in order to sell the public on what was initially called "Global Warming."
In fact, not only will there soon be a new term for "Climate Change" but a whole slew of new terminology as a PR effort to sell the public on the same old agenda with pretty new words according to the January 27 Politico Magazine in an article by Bryan Bender: "The New Language of Climate Change."

The “pause”. Reminds me of arabs agreeing to a “ceasefire”, which to them means they are getting their butts whipped and need to reload.

From the article, “once doubters see climate change as the dire threat it is, it will be easier for them to get on board with the only solutions believed to be able to rein it in: phasing out fossil fuels and scaling back our carbon footprint.”
Since the “threat” is still well within the range of natural variability and still within a range that is so small that is within the margin of error... I think that they will have a ways to go. Not even one of the dire predictions in Al Gore’s Inconvenient Truth documentary have come to fruition. None of the dire predictions made over the past 30 years have come true. Basically all of the computer models have been wrong. The proponents do not want to give up on this nonsense because they have a lot invested in it. But it is still no different than the Incas, and Aztecs sacrificing innocent people to influence the weather. Even most of the women accused of being witches and burned at the stake or drowned in Europe and here were typically linked to crop failures that occurred because of bad weather.
How about “Historic Fraud of Gargantuan Proportions”?
I believe in climate change.
In a few years, we’ll be looking for all the fossil fuels we can get our hands on to counteract it.
