President Trump said he’s not sure what he did to draw the ire of conservative commentator Ann Coulter, who called him a “wimp” after he signed a bill that would reopen the government but does not include funding for his border wall.
“I hear she’s become very hostile,” the president told the Wall Street Journal in an interview published Sunday. “Maybe I didn’t return her phone call or something.”

I think ann made a pretty good point that the fbi is supposed to answer to the president and not the other way around. If he had questions about why the fbi staged a media event arresting roger stone he should have had the fbi director report to the WH and explain it.
President Trump ultimately "caved" on this because Senate Republicans, including Mitt Romney -- who had been Coulter's Republican darling back in 2012 despite his hard-core leftist track record as governor of Massachusetts -- were already capitulating to the Democrats on this.
So done with Coulter..

I was born in and still live in Michigan. Have had enough of Mitt. His old man Gov. George Romney was the front runner presidential candidate who said he had been “brainwashed” by generals during the Vietnam war briefings. Eugene McCarthy said in Romney’s case “a light rinse would have been sufficient.” I think it washed out the good parenting part of his brain.

Ann has become a total attention whore. She says half of what she says just to generate controversy and get invited to appear on talking head news shows. It seems to me he’s doing everything he possibly can to fulfill his promises on immigration.
Coulter dislikes Trump and idolizes Romney. That tells me all I need to know.
