By reopening the government, Trump is positioning himself to take action if Congress fails to act. There are other ways to get the money without declaring a national emergency. Mulvaney hinted at that this morning. It is a way to avoid a court challenge.

True to us here, but I'm afraid many millions are NOT seeing this because the media is doing ALL it can to spin this away from Trump and crown the democrats as good, noble, caring individuals trying to protect us from the Orange Ogre.
I've met a ton of people over the past two months who fell for this hook, line and sinker (to keep it in your fishing terms)!

Russia...nothing but blabber & BS. Mexico...nothing, they can’t do anything in their own country...it is so filled and ruled by cartels, gangs and criminals.
IMHO....Trump should free Cuba and let the Cuban people rule their own nation and destiny. Remember both Cubans and Venezuelans are great business people and they have added a lot of positives to our country as productive engaged American citizens!!!

DJT is the head of the executive branch. He and he alone should be able to determine who is "non-essential". Personally, I'd just as soon he then fired every damn one of them.
