And why did my Cardio guy say no more worry about green vegetables?
I see him this Friday and I intend to tell him he needs to go back to school.
Of course I jest.
That Iron pill and vitamin B12 really fix it up.
Can I eat asparagus if I take an iron pill with it? Should I cut out all green vegetables completely, although this is America, they can’t get a drug that can handle vitamin K? Shouldn’t my GP know that I am taking blood thinners and not, although well-intentioned, instruct me to eat more kale?
The folks at my church are worried about me as they saw my dizziness when I bent down to pick something up. I almost passed out just changing my vacuum cleaner bag.
Let this be a lesson on the world famous Obama care. Somebody’s not talking to somebody but like I said....your health is on YOU, the doctors are consultants.
It’s a damn good thing that General Washington’s troops weren’t like a lot of the people in here the past two days...If they were, he would not have had an army because they would’ve all give up after the first tough battle...

The shutdown is not over and in 3 weeks he can start it over and those boarder patrol people will have been paid. It is pretty pathetic that they are called non-essential and some paper pusher is not.
My doctor says I’m okay. Need more exercise and a better diet. Tell me something I don’t know. My numbers aren’t that bad. Has a been issue for me as long as I can remember. My mother too, thanks Mom!

Jason Riley usually on our side on Fox News Sunday claiming that Pelosi is the big winner although he fails to realize that Trump is the adult in this fight and he outsmarted them all by saying he’ll use executive orders to build the wall by February 15th if negotiations fail
In fact I also take a statin for high cholesterol. Which is very low as a matter of fact.
My GP knows I take a statin as she prescribes. I used to take Metformin but although I look like someone with type 2 diabetes, my blood sugar would read down in the 80’s and they had to stop the Diabetes med.
My GP does NOT know about the blood thinner though she knows I go to a Cardiologist, who she recommended.
Her warning about eating MORE green vegetables was the sort of advice a GP would give a patient with anemia.
Indeed there is something wrong with this picture.
Took me a year to figure it out.
My family is not long-lived. Dad died at 65, mother at 73, sister had a horrible stroke at age 63, still totally paralyzed on her left side.
The docs are doing their best but forget leaving it to them. I can write and I can talk and I got this.
