Right out the gate, they've put out this House bill, vowing to California-fy the nation's election laws. Former Justice department official, J. Christian Adams, writing in the Washington Examiner, has a disturbing report:
Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has made a gargantuan overhaul of election law, campaign finance, and ethics rules the top priority of House Democrats. Contrast this move with the Republicans in 2017 — the Democratic Party and its allies understand there is a difference between winning elections versus big idea debates.
H.R. 1, her proposal, is not likely to clear the Senate, but that’s not the point.

Vote harvesting should be illegal. It is cheating.
The bill —— forces states to implement mandatory voter registration. If someone is on a government list — such as receiving welfare benefits or rental subsidies — then they would be automatically registered to vote.

ACTION NEEDED We need a ntl Repub initiative-----perhaps launched by secretaries of state who oversee voting results,
to launch a lawsuit to protect voters against these practices.
YOu would surely think the GOP would be working with all states GOP to get conservative candidates AND to monitor voter fraud. IF the GOP is not working with each and every state, then no wonder we can’t get ahead.

Besides, here in CA many of those Democrats that were Canvassing are actually “Dreamers” who can’t legally Vote in the first place.

Patriots need to support PDJT in working with the states to enforce the 12th Amendment (12A) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A). Enforcing 12A will put a stop to unconstitutional state winner-take-all laws for electoral votes imo, while enforcing Section 2 of 14A will stop renegade states from allowing noncitizens to vote.

Regarding Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section specifies a penalty for states that weaken the voting rights of their citizens.

Note that voting rights amendments ratified after 14A effectively change how the express voting eligibility criteria of 14A is to be interpreted imo.
Regarding Section 2, the congressional record shows that post-Civil War federal lawmakers had pointed out not only that only citizens have the right to vote, but when a renegade state lets undocumented Democrats vote (my wording) the state is effectively nullifying the Constitution’s “uniform Rule of Naturalization” clause (1.8.4).

So in addition to patriots supporting PDJT in enforcing 12A, patriots likewise need to support PDJT in working with the states to respect Sec. 2 of the 14th Amendment.
PDJT needs to work with the states to make sure that only people who present valid citizenship / photo ID cards will be allowed to vote in federal elections. Such cards need to be made scannable to facilitate Democratic ballot box officials with “poor” eyesight.

Repubs must shrug off the phony accusations “voter suppression” and “racism” in asking for one person, one vote, per each citizen of the United States,with a photo ID (an ID like a pharmacy,doctor’s office,rental car place, DMV or even the old video rental places required unequivocally).
Suddenly asking for ID is “racist”? Shrug that off. Or lose your cushy resort vacations and high flying lifestyle in public office, Republican office holders.

In addition, and very importantly, the Pubbies in those districts need to challenge the results-as they were most definitely disenfranchised by illegal voting in their districts.
But the right judicial appointments need to be in place in order to succeed, as local courts will probably be ok with whatever the DEMs want, hence the appeals will need to be honest constitutional judges.
Dems also cheat using duplicate ballots, rejected ballots, non-citizens voting, vote harvesting, multiple absentees filled out by one person, votes that surface AFTER polls close, discarded absentee ballots in PO trash.......and so on.

For the May ballot, the governor has mandated absentee ballots be mailed to every new registrant even if they have not asked to be registered or to receive an absentee ballot.
Prop 3… Constitution provides for the automatic voter registration of eligible persons when interacting with the state regarding driver’s license or state ID card, unless the person declines.
