I’ll bet your land is so waterlogged. Ugh. Makes for really slogging back and forth from the car! Are the kittehs ok? Hope it was just a regular appointment for them. Has it stopped raining now? Hope so!

They barely left their warm spots to eat. Only 2 did last night. A couple of others tried, but the wind was blowing so hard, they wouldn’t stay. This morning it was really cold, so they came out for a bit, but then tonight they scarfed it all down. I don’t blame them. It was below freezing this morning.

Wow! What a cool story those two had to tell.
Franz is lucky no one ever found out he’d escorted and saved Charlie rather than shoot the plane out of the sky.

Awesome that they found each other after so long and were able to meet in person. Great video that leaves an ear-to-ear smile on one’s face.

LOL! Sleeping in sounds like great idea. Gonna be too cold to want to venture out tomorrow.

Whew, it sure IS waterlogged. There’s water puddled where we aren’t used to seeing puddles. We won’t have to worry about the well running dry any time soon! LOL

Yes, the cats are ok. Just needed annual shots. Sure was a miserable trip there and back.
And I’m REALLY glad I did the grocery shopping yesterday!

The rain is almost through with us now so we shouldn’t get any snow overnight. The temperature is starting to drop now. It was 50 just a short time ago and is 45 now.

Poor kittehs. I can’t blame them for not wanting to step out to eat with it being cold AND windy. Miserable weather to be in.

The wind was roaring here all last night and early today but stopped by late afternoon. Now that the front is moving through, I guess it’ll pick up again, out of the north this time. It’s blowing at DH right now.

I saw how it was blowing at DH and they were getting some rain, too. Whichever bird that was on the branch didn’t look very comfortable.

I’m glad that it was only annual shots that got your kitties out. Always hate to hear when one of them isn’t feeling good.

I think that the wind was bothering these cats more than the cold, but a couple of them did NOT want to leave the warm bankie until the evening feeding.

LOL! That’s why they changed the wording to climate change.

The charade of warming wasn’t working very well.

That’s probably River on the DH cam because that’s where she likes to sleep when she isn’t brooding. Not getting much sleep tonight, though, with the wind blowing so hard.
Of course, the cam is down AGAIN and will be down all night.

It’s definitely an easier trip to the vet when it’s just for shots because I now what the outcome will be. LOL

I’m sure the wind didn’t make your kitties happy with it being so cold. It blows the cold right through all their fur and chills them to the bone. Makes that warm blankie more important than food!

Yay! ‘Bout time things went well at work! You were up pretty late doing homework and I’m glad it paid off.
Now to hope you get to do some catch-up stuff the next two days.

I’m glad I checked the cam when I did since it’s down again. They sure do have problems. Someone in chat was complaining about the angle of the cam...or maybe they were just observing that it was different. Is it still raining at your house?

They sure DO have problems this year with the cam. They set up streaming with someone new this year and they’re the pits. As for the angle, it’s the same as always so I don’t know why someone was complaining about it now.

It’s still sprinkling a little here and there’s some more light stuff moving in. I guess I need to check the rain gauge now since it’s midnight.
