President Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen indefinitely postponed his upcoming congressional testimony Wednesday, citing “ongoing threats against his family from President Trump” and his attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani. Threats from the duo reached Cohen and his family as recently as this weekend, according to a statement from Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis.

Frankly, except for testimony into his own criminal activity, I don’t know how the courts even allowed an attorney to testify against his client? The only reasonable exception here imo would be if they conspired to commit crimes together, which it doesn’t seem to be the case. Everything else should be privileged and the courts should have stepped in to prevent testimony.
What kind of ‘threats’ are Trump’s attorney’s making? I imagine they include punitive action for breach of confidentiality.
