we shouldn’t be surprised, the Catholic church and the Lutherans have been working against the interests of the people of the US for decades, by encouraging and supporting illegal immigration.

Of course you want to read harsh condemnation into everything.
Yes....but it’s most likely that the Bishop wants to be SURE that he is getting the all the facts. He could be a bit timid in that area....but still a good man. I don’t know much about him, but will try to find out more. And I know where to get good information as I am a practicing Catholic.

If the Bishop had watched the Rams Saints game, would he have concluded from the whole video that the Rams committed pass interference?

I suggest a spiritual reset would be a great thing to have here. There’s no sin that cannot be pardoned except the sin that is never brought to the Lord to pardon at all. If there were fumbles? Set them right.
The entire thing didn’t get caught on camera in this case. What camera work there was, was unfriendly. It’s not like a fair video of a ball game.

Re that smile...the kid was scared to death, he did his best to smile and to NOT look confrontational. What about THAT, is just far too difficult for YOU to understand?

No kidding, all these people criticizing a smirk. I saw a nervous smile/laugh as a bizarre situation unfolded. He wasn’t sure if the guy was in concert with the black hate group or if they were joining they’re group.
Philips is a coward. He was afraid to confront the black hate group and wanted to create a scene with the white MAGA hat crackers.

I stopped financial contributions to the Church after realizing how much they supported the immigration. Sad.
There is a certain way that Christian pro-life / anti-abortion protesters are expected to act in the face of harassment. Is it as though this was the first time they ever got harassed? The way some people are carrying on, it sounds like it was. OMG we got surprised!

The STOLEN VALOR liar/attention seeking, once drunken bum on the street ( I've read up on Phillips! ), would have scared anyone, especially a Junior in high school kid, with his menacing, out of the blue actions!
I bet anyone here ( all adults ), to try to smile in the face of this and see just how "authentic" a smile they could produce!
Mr. and Mrs. Sandman should be very proud of their son and how he handled himself in the face of such an ugly/frightening situation.
