Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s first speech from the House floor has set a minor record with C-SPAN.
Ocasio-Cortez slammed the Trump Administration over the partial government shutdown in her remarks. A C-SPAN tweet of her nearly four-minute speech garnered 1.16 million views in a little more than 12 hours, setting a record for the most-watched Twitter video from the outlet of any remarks by a House member, according to a tweet from Howard Mortman, C-SPAN’s communications director.
By Friday morning, it had surpassed 2.3 million views, with more than 13,000 retweets and over 46,000 likes.

We all better care. President Trump won because he expressed a vision we shared and demonstrated determination to get the Deplorable Agenda in place. Now, he didn't get the wall, didn't get troops out of places we don't belong(after announcing ahead of time, which he criticized Obama for doing), and he backed off at the logical time to sign the Executive Order for the wall. He hasn't delivered....didn't even stand up to evil traitor Paul Ryan.
Now, the progressives have someone who is articulate, with vision, who doesn't seem likely to be bought off as Sanders was. I would assume her vision will rule the day and in six years when she's 35, she could be president.
The bar maid who gets the most tips, is NOT the same person you want governing your Constitutional rights.
