Well that changes the murder laws in NY because if the baby is not a human until a live birth then you can not be convicted of murder of a non-human. What a mess that will be. Maybe someone will ask to have their murder conviction overturned because they were convicted for a non-crime.

Removing a fetus from the womb is technically a “birth”. So if the woman is not going to hold the fetus in her womb for the rest of her life, aborting, by removal of the fetus, will be illegal per the new law, if enacted.

If New York can, by law, specify that a fetus does not become a person until actual birth, then could not any other state enact a law making a fetus a person upon conception. When a fetus becomes a person determines when they acquire constitutional protection under the fifth amendment. I believe Roe v Wade avoided specifying a date to get around that issue.

Now, whites have been targeted as the “problem.” I ask myself, as I am now mostly an observer of the coming holocaust, whether widespread drug use among those who head up our national institutions, has drugged and numbed the normal, natural emotional responses to life, in these people, to an extent that only insanity now rules Western Civilization and, that, we now must look to more primitive societies and their way of life to rescue our planet. Oh, we still do have men and women of distinguished learning, education and wisdom, Victor David Hansen from the Hoover Institution, for one, but their voices are drowned out in the daily melee of rabble and nothingness from those who have hardly begun to live, in the fake news press, in our colleges and, now, among the loudest voices in Congress and in those lusting for power over the US.
