Republican Senator John Kennedy called Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosis request to move the date of the State of the Union address a tactic that is making things worse.
Kennedy suggested that President Trump should speak before the Senate instead if he is unwelcome in the House.
I think the President ought to go ahead and give the State of the Union as normal, Kennedy said. He can come to the Senate if Mrs. Pelosi doesnt want him to come to the House. I just think that sort of tactic is making things worse.

Didn’t see your Post before I posted the same thing down thread. Great minds my Friend.
Pelosi doesnt want Trump in the House to give his most important speech of the year so why wouldnt he choose another venue? Plus Nancy started this whole problem so she has no right to complain.
Trump could give his speech on the border in front of border patrol agents and victims families of illegal immigrant violence. Nothing would be more fitting.
[The price has now doubled to 12B.]
I like it.
Whole hole
Her intention is to make things worse. She’s stupid like a fox.
yeah, sloppi speling on my part...
Options include:
Speaking to the Senate
Speaking from the Oval Office to the nation
Speaking from the border
Speaking from the site of abominations committed by illegal aliens.
Speaking in front of a photograph(s) of Obama, or Pelosi’s or Schumer’s or the Vatican’s walls. Perhaps a collage that keeps changing.
Speaking in front of a wall that flashes the names of people killed or injured by illegal aliens.

First of all, The State of the Union Address is not up to Pukey Pullosi or Stupid Hoyer.
The President has the power to call into session both houses of Congress when he deems necessary.
The President is required to give the State of the Union from time to time-when and how is his decision.
How DARE these SOBs try to usurp the Rights of the Executive of the USA-the POTUS.
STIFLE the DemonRats and don’t let them infringe on Executive Privelege or Executive Responsiblities.
Constitution specificall allows for this if no agreement is possible with the House.
OPTICS AND REAL SUCCESS. Imagine all the successes and the responses. For example: Black unemployment at decades low. Pubbies stand and applaud. DEMs remain seated and frown and scowl.
More MEMES about the idiots who respond to the SOTU.
#DemsHaveLosingHand
Yep!
Pelosi is proving herself to be a petty little bitch just like Charles Schumer.
Well, no, she can’t. All she can do is bar entry to the House. He can go to the Senate if they’ll have him. It’s bad enough we have black-robed tyrants telling the commander in chief he can’t ban trannies from the military. You really want to allow her the precedent to do that?
Sure glad Nancy never puts politics first, right?
And make sure to get plenty of closeup shots of Nancy and Chuck looking like sour pusses.
Could she really bar him? Doesn’t the President constitutionally administer over all federal property?
“President Trump should speak before the Senate”
Constitution says president is to give info to “CONGRESS”. Congress is comprised of both the House AND THE SENATE.
So just do it there. What’s the BFD?
Re the 4th one — the site of abominations: his information could be given via video, since the method isn’t stipulated. Shoot in several locations.
Have him travel to the pier where Kate Steinle was murdered and film part of his speech.
Then a portion filmed where those two young teenagers were murdered by MS-13 (up in the northeast, I think).
Then film where Ronil Singh was shot like a dog in the street. Have his family there. His blood still may be there on the pavement.
There are hundreds of venues for him to choose from in order to make a chilling and effective SOTU speech.
Let’s face it, when Nancy told him “You can’t come here”, she gave him a wonderful gift. Every other option is better than him being in front of that House Of Representatives freak show.
