Does an American gun range have the right to exclude Muslims who are members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations because of the groups ties to terrorism?
That question could soon have a legal answer as a Muslim has filed a discrimination suit against the owners of a gun range in Oklahoma.
A federal court dismissed the discrimination complaint by Rajaee Fatihah against Chad and Nicole Neal, owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in Oktaha, Oklahoma. But the judge set a trial to resolve conflicting accusations.
Fatihah claims the range owners banned him because of his religion.
But the Neals claim he was banned from the range on Oct. 23, 2015, because after telling Nicole Neal he was Muslim, Fatihah took a threatening stance, revealing his handgun to her, and recklessly created a controversy and disturbance.
Nicole Neal claimed Fatihah had a concealed recording device, a rifle over his shoulder, and a handgun that appeared to her to be loaded.

Let them join after taking a safety course......Maybe Dick Cheney could be their shotgun instructor.
It is a NATURAL right to discriminate, regardless.
These “discrimination” laws are getting absurd and untenable, and there has to be a backlash before long.

Any one who is so f’ing stupid to do that a gun range is asking to be kicked out or have a 1911 put in his face.
I glanced at the headline and thought it was about “free range” muslims.
Businesses have a right to refuse service to anyone for any reason last I looked. You the customer are on private property, and what the owner says goes. It has nothing to do with “Constitutional rights”, which are between the government and the private citizen. So whether or not this guy was “Muslim” or “Orangutan” has nothing to do with it. The courts are totally screwed up.
Discrimination based on superficial things like skin color is wrong. Based on known habits and proclivities is not. In any case, no form of discrimination should be illegal, because who is the government to play God and decide which is right and which is wrong? As long as no one gets hurt.
Free Range,,,
Cage Free ,,,so far.
It’s a private business.
The owners can allow or exclude anyone they see fit.
It’s just like the signs: “No shirt, no shoes, no service”, or “No animals allowed”, and “Open carry of firearms prohibited”.
The owners have that right.
But they gotta bake the cake.
Islam IS a terror linked group, rather cult.
The gun range I used to frequent near Seattle never asked about my religion or associations. They simply checked my gun, and my ammo, and handed me a target paper to use.
My post made the exact same point earlier than his did, with far more specificity. So why did you ignore mine, and respond to his? Inquiring minds would like to know. Or are you “just following orders”?
Simple solution: Kiss the bacon, enter the range.
“But they gotta bake the cake.”
Which IMO is BS. If muzzies can without repercussions refuse service based on their “faith”, then everyone else should be able to live by the same standard.
It might be good for some ranges to be private, exclusive clubs.
Any bag limits?
PING
Let them join, as long as they’re the targets.
