Lindsey Graham urges Trump to reopen government for 3 weeks before declaring a national emergency

Graham is full of crap.

He is an open-borders flack in the Senate, and he doesn't want to be forced to vote up or down on a budget measure that includes funding for the wall.

He would love to have the government opened while these negotiations drag on for another 25 years.

Trump has been in office for two years. If there was no funding for the wall even in prior GOP funding bills in that time, there sure as hell isn't going to be any funding added without extreme measures taken by Trump.
