Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss next weeks court sessions and work from home, but her recovery from early-stage lung cancer surgery remains "on track" and no further treatment is needed, the court announced Friday.
Justice Ginsburg will continue to work from home next week and will participate in the consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts of oral arguments. Her recovery from surgery is on track, Supreme Court public information officer Kathy Arberg said in a statement. Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required, she said.

Yeah, she should be back in a couple of years. Just carry on without her and when ever Sotomeyer votes, just put her down for two.
That should work.

her health on the right track

As long as she doesn't participate in hearing the arguments, she shouldn't be allowed to vote or rule on the case.
Thus, one less liberal vote "should" help America's cause.

How long can she going to drag this out?
I suppose she and the Rats figure if she can still breathe air past November 2019 they will have an argument against Trump being able to make the next SC appointment.
For all we know she may already be in hospice care.

Indeed, and she is going too fast on that curve. A derailment is a matter of time.

Justices are non-partisan and all but it still would be interesting to see the phone logs from the last couple of weeks from her handlers/family.

So they are REALLY doing this. Her clerk will write her opinions/dissents for the next year and then retire on Jan 1, 2020, thus ensuring no replacement can be made -- by Biden/Garland rule -- until 2021.
Heck why not? Progressive slime Woodrow Wilson's wife ran the damn government for months while he was incapacitated. Why not a single SCOTUS justice?

This reminds me of an old Star Trek episode where Spock's brain is dead or something, so the doctor uses a remote control to make people think he's still alive and functioning. :)

"Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss next weeks court sessions and work from home..."I smell a rat. Is there any way that it can be verified that it's she who's 'doing the work' and not another stinkin' liberal hack?
How long will she be able to phone-it-in like this?

She's too far gone for treatment. She's either dead or on her way to becoming room temperature soon.
Part 3 of dragging the dead through the streets by liberals wanting sympathy. 1st McCain, 2nd Bush and now Ruth.
I just wonder what big catastrophe they'll be hiding when they pull her out of cold storage.

Pretty much. I bet they would put her on life support indefinitely until the DEMs got control of the WH and Senate.
