And this doesn’t mean squat.

Yes it Does. The Title of Vattel’s 1757 book is Law of Nations.....”Natural Law.”
The Preamble of the Constitution states that it is based upon “natural law.”

Vattel’s book was used as a reference in writing the Constitution, was used to teach law in the various Law Schools, and furthermore used in deciding US court cases until the late 1880s at which time enough court cases/ had been decided that they began to be used as precedent for cases at hand.

As I said before, get over you personal angst that your son is ineligible to be US President. Do you think he ever was in the running anyway? I’d say NOT! Please stop distorting the historical record and using half truths about or Republics basis of law. You and others like you have done enough damage to our nation.

Basically, the Senate saying, “we’re not going to challenge your eligibility.”

Nope they basically said....” US soil is under the boots/shoes of US military men/dependents assigned overseas.

McCain was born to 2 US citizen parents on overseas station serving their nation. Wherever they trod US soil was beneath them.

Willie Brown, a Texas transplant to California, who, as Assembly Speaker, helped turn California from a conservative state into a one party Democrat state through corruption and voter fraud.

I can picture scenarios where such a person gets elected, is later deemed ineligible and then the powers that be decide even that isn’t enough to go “against the will of the People”....scenario only works with a Dem being that person....
